I always get exceptional care at City Smiles. My hygienist Coleen is very meticulous, professional, pleasant, thorough and takes the time to educate me on dental X-rays, tips on dental care, answer all my questions and always shows interest in what she is doing. Dr. Fong hasn’t changed his “chair side” manner in the 30 or more years I’ve been going there. He is always pleasant, takes the time to answer your questions and very thorough. Always a positive experience at my appointments.

Service was excellent Dr Fong is always thorough & efficient. I’m always confident that I’m in very capable hands no matter what procedure is being done. I like that he has a sense of humour when it’s appropriate & is able to take my mind off the procedure if he knows I’m nervous. Overall an exceptional clinic with outstanding professionalism.

My dental hygienist Karlie was very professional and friendly and found her to be very good.Dr Kristen Fong is doing a great job taking over from the more senior Fong..lol.

Omg! All the staff are amazing. I had some work done on my teeth today and the dentist and the dental assistant were joking together while doing my teeth. It is such a happy place. You know it is a great place to work. People that work there are happy and it shows. The dentist is amazing and does great work. They actually care about their patients and remember you and what’s going on in your life. You are a person not just a number. It is like a little family. Such a great place. 10 out of 10.

Very welcoming right from the moment you step in the building. I have had a fear of the dentist for a very long time. This experience for me was top notch. I literally almost fell asleep in the chair. Can’t say enough good things about all the staff. Very professional, thorough and kind. Thank you The Dentist at Galway for an exceptional visit.

Always a pleasant and comfortable experience. Coming from someone who used to need laughing gas for a filling! They always make sure you’re comfortable, you have the opportunity to take breaks and voice your opinion. I feel very heard and understood. I’m grateful I found such a lovely clinic!

The staff is caring and always on time... I appreciate that they can see you without long delays when you need help. Been going here since I was a child. Consistently excellent care and service.

Regatta Dental is the BEST place for anything to do with teeth and gums! And Jennifer is simply awesome. It is always a pleasure to go to Regatta Dental Centre.
