Don't let the negative reviews fool you, Dr. Batten is the best. He is respectful, kind and patient, and clearly cares about his patients. He is a very busy specialist and is quiet and humble, so he won't prattle on unnecessarily but if you ask him questions, he takes the time to explain them. He is clearly very intelligent and knowledgable.

Obviously only disgruntled people post but I have to say he has a very easy bedside manner although not overly talkative. I work with him in the OR and would not go to anyone else for ear surgery.

Dr. Batten has helped my entire family with ear problems. He has been able to solve issues that no one else has been able to do.

I was referred to Dr. Drover for a procedure. Due to lack of information on the referral he did not have the appropriate instruments to do the procedure that day. He was preparing to reschedule me for another appointment. When I expressed to him that I was from out of town and he asked me if he was able to have OR send down what he needed would I be able to wait until he finished his appointments for the morning as he was in OR in the afternoon. Of course being from 7 hours away I was more than willing.

Dr. Drover has been very friendly and courteous. He has been available on time for all (reoccurring) appointments. I had to cancel/reschedule my Daughters appointment in a few hours prior to the scheduled one, and the staff were very friendly and helpful in setting up a new one.

Before seeing the doctor out of curiosity I checked out the reviews. After seeing him I’m quite surprised at what some people have said. My first impression the staff are amazing and very friendly and the doctor was punctual, knowledgeable and nice.

Dr. Redmond sees my son, for year now. He is very compassionate, always fitting us in if he can (we understand sometimes lift is just to busy!) but he certainly tries his best. His admin, Annette, is always so sympathetic with us. If my son has a bad ear, you can tell she cares; she will also do what she can to fit him in. She always jokes with him and makes him laugh and smile while we are checking in! Love this clinic, love this doctor, and loves his admin!

Dr.Redmond is a Kind ,Caring Professional. I have seen him on several occasions for different ENT-related issues. He always made me feel at ease. He is easy to talk to and always answers all my questions .I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing ENT issues .

Dr Redmond sees my mom 2 times a year. a lovely man who takes all the time he needs to. very considerate and answers all our questions. would recommend him to anyone needs his expertise.
