My dog Zoey has completed, and passed the novice obedience course twice, and just passed the reality recall course. Dave McMahon's dog training academy is absolutely fantastic. His trainers are all great, very professional, and knowledgeable. Dave himself is a master of his profession, and great guy. There are so many positive things I could say about the school, and everyone who works there. I ask my dog if she wants to go to school, and she lights up and gets excited. We shopped around different obedience schools, and we chose Dave McMahon for best value for price. You also get many perks when you do classes here. Dave is extremely passionate, and uses a great mix of verbal, physical, and treat rewards. I highly recommend bringing your dog here.

I recently finished my 1 year intermediate training with Charlie and was so pleased with this course. Dave and his team made it so much fun for both, owner and companion. I am truly amazed at the bond created between us because of the understanding we have of each other and how well Charlie responds to all commands. It took a lot of time, effort and determination but once you get there it makes it all worthwhile. With the knowledge that I gained through Dave's training and asking questions after class, I was even able to train Charlie to get the paper at the end of our long driveway every morning! I recommend Dave's Dog Training Academy to anyone needing puppy training and really encourage dog owners to continue to the intermediate level if they can, it is well worth it.

Best investment ever doing the basic obedience training course. Solidified the bond with my dog and I and kept her out of danger in multiple scenarios. I brought Laika here 5 years ago and I recommend this training academy to every dog parent I meet. Dave and his crew really know their stuff.
