I looked around for a reputable electrician to install a Nema 14-50 in our garage. Through my research I keep seeing recommendations for Okana Electrical. I gave Paul a quick text to inquire on a Sunday and he took time to answer my questions and gave a very fair estimate on cost. Another reason I went with him is the fact that he is big on safety and following ESA code which gives me peace of mind knowing that everything will be done properly. He found that 2 of our AC breakers that were installed by another company was different and not up to code and changed it on the spot. I asked him to turn the receptacle upside down because i didn’t want the charger to hang freely. He checked if it’s safe and per code and when it was confirmed he came back next day and did it. He is very professional, helpful and kind. Paul’s exceptional service, expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned my trust and will recommend him to anybody who is looking to get any electrical work done!

Paul is really professional as he helped diagnosed an issue I had with my outlets not working and explained to me how the wiring in the house worked to allow me to be a more informed home owner. He also explained some of the more crucial upgrades should I want to add an EV charger for a future car and the costs and how the rewiring would be done. Will definitely reach out when I'm ready to upgrade the panel for the EV.
