You won't find a lot of companies like Unionville Heating & Air Conditioning who care so much about their customers and go over and above to make sure they are taken care of. They are an excellent company! I had a problem with my AC where it wasn't cooling and called in to get some help. I was able to speak to the owner, John, the same day and he spent a ton of time on the phone with me explaining various options and possibilities. I had done some research so I knew some things to expect but John was so patient to explain everything in detail to me and I learned a lot. We ended up taking a temporary measure to fix our AC for the time being but will definitely be going with them to replace our AC in the future. Eric, the technician, came out quickly and assessed the problem well and gave us options on what we could do. Even with that, John was willing to take whatever money I put into the service call to fix our AC and let that contribute towards a new AC in the future. He truly cares a lot about the customer and wants to do what's best for his clients. I think that's the reason he has been in business for so long and has an excellent reputation. I'm thankful that I've found John and Unionville Heating & Air Conditioning. I was able to message with John and get responses very quickly even on a long weekend. I will be using them not only for my AC issues but also for my furnace.

Absolutely incredible customer service! In the middle of a 40º heatwave our AC unit failed. Not only was I able to get a service technician to come inspect the unit *the same day*, I was having a new unit installed and up and running by the end of day the next day. While here they went above and beyond; not only installing the unit but helping to make fixes to the overall janky furnace we have in our house. The owner of the company called me multiple times; the first to talk me through my options knowing that the "best solution" was also the most costly. He then called me a second time to confirm they'd be able to install the unit next day. Then within an hour of them finishing installation he called back to ask how things went and to re-iterate our future options. He insisted if I had any issues moving forward to call him directly since I now had his number. All around I'm so incredibly impressed by their service. Absolutely fantastic company that I cannot recommend highly enough.

We phoned this company in the morning around 9:00am to see if a service was possible today before lunch to address water pooling under our furnace.Suspected an AC problem. Temperature was supposed to be HOT so there was a concern to get the issue fixed ASAP. Very polite customer service, dispatched a service tech named Wilson who was very polite and professional. He went straight to the task at hand and had our unit running top notch in short order. Billing was reasonable and fair in our opinion.We would highly recommend this company for any future service needs. Check them out for any HVAC service.
