We recently had to make funeral arrangements for my brother , the service I received was outstanding! Sherri was the nicest person on the phone every time I called ! Tyler was kind ! Randy was so helpful and kind with planning everything making sure I had all the information needed ! Cheryl was so kind and made sure I was ok the day of the service and checked on me , very caring ! The whole team made me feel important and truely cared about my family and my brother and treated us with the upmost respect ! Thank you to everyone !

O'Neil Funeral Home was excellent to work with. Pat Leblanc, Tyler Mittermueller and Jan Arnold were very kind and supportive. Having everything in one beautiful setting was comforting. I would like to personally thank the entire team for going above and beyond with their service.

I want to express my gratitude to all the staff of O'Neill Funeral Home Stouffville for their kindness and help after the recent death of a dear friend on June 8 of this year. Tyler was especially helpful and patient, guiding us through the steps needed to complete all of the arrangements in the prepaid package we had previously purchased. From the initial planning to the burial, they handled every detail with compassion and professionalism. The staff treated us with such kindness and respect, ensuring all our needs were met and making a difficult time more bearable. We truly felt supported and cared for. Highly recommend their services.
