The staff at Aerotek were persistent in recruiting me and finding me a job. They are very communicative throughout their whole process and very accommodating when it comes to finding a good fit for each individual. They were very thorough in the recruitment process and made me feel very supported in finding a new job, and the job that they found for me was a perfect fit! I would/have/will recommend them to anyone that I know currently and in the future. It has been the best experience with a recruiting agency I have had so far. They will also come to your new job and personally get progress reports that they will also share with you and check in, which I think is very important and it made me feel like I am important to their agency - not just a number on a list of people they have recruited. They also ensure that you won't be without a job without notice and if your contract ends they can assist in finding another job soon after. It's really great and really helps people get some experience, a shoe in the door or just full-time employment and an income. I really like and appreciate the opportunity to be employed through this agency.

They look for job that you want and will fit your schedule, they take pride in making sure that their staffs are enjoying their work. It is the first job agency that has actually called me to find out about my first day at work, if I am enjoying the job.
