DR. RACHEL CHONG - OSHAWA CLINIC REVIEWS

Dr. Chong is such a caring doctor. She's taken care of my husband for years and now that I need a diabeetes doctor I asked for her. I'm so happy she was able to see me. I couldn't disagree more with the comment below saying that she doesn't take time to listen. When I'm in the office, I always feel I have her complete attention. She is so pashent and answers every last question. If she is looking at her computer its because she is conshienshous and wants to have all the right medical info. Can't ask for a better caring doc!

Dr. Chong is very pleasant. She is clear and the appointments go very quickly. I like quick appointments, but I never felt rushed by Dr, Chong. She would answer any question I had and make sure to answer all questions before I left. She may be a bit socially awkward, which might account for some of the negative reviews, but that kind of thing doesn't bother me as long as she is competent and knowledgeable.

I have a good rapport with the staff and Dr. Chong. On the phone they are prompt, in office you can wait up to 1 1/2 hrs. for your appointment. Dr. Chong is very busy and it takes time if you are seeing the nurse, dietitian and Dr. Chong.

She is helpful every time I see her. She explains everything to me and makes sure I know what I'm to do with my pills and insulin. She is calm and has a very pleasant manner and excellent skills. She is really helpful and is sensitive to your feelings. She doesn't make you feeling judged. She is very patient with all my questions and concerns. She is punctual. In fact, she is the most puntual doctor I can remember having. My diabetes has never been better controlled. I have recommended family and friends to see her and they have been just as happy with her as I have been.

staff is helpful always call back Dr. Chong has made my life so much better ac1 is below 6.5 always on to of meds she is right to the point always very imformative thanks dr Chong

Dr. Chong is attentive, listens and is very pleasant to deal with she makes you feel like you matter and you do wonderful person.

Had to wait 2 mths for this appointment, but the visit went very well. He took my elderly mother in law in on time, was very kind and personable. He referred her to a more precise ultrasound examination and followed up per virtual appointment as soon as the results came in. The doctor’s staff has been friendly and responsive. I missed the virtual appointment call for results, called back immediately and his staff was very kind and reacted immediately. Our experience with this specialist and his staff has been excellent.

I have met with Dr Khorassani in person, by phone and video appointment. He has always been pleasant and kind. He is a good doctor and his staff is pleasant too.

I would highly recommend Dr K - he shares his knowledge, has excellent bedside manner and has been an important part of a diabetes journey.
