DR. DAVIT KHACHATRYAN REVIEWS

I have seen Dr. K for roughly 3 years now. I came to him with a history of anxiety and depression, seeking a new medication combination as I had not tried very many. What I also brought, and I think few people reflect on this, was a history of not following through with my course of treatment with previous doctors. I had in fact ghosted a collogue of his a few years prior, which was indicated on my patient history. So my point is to say that when you read people's negative talk about Dr. K being a bit frosty, bear in mind that he works with a very difficult patient population at the Oshawa hospital. I feel that he does need to ration his time for those who need and want it. If you are a patient who needs a Dr. to move you very slowly and gradually into accepting that you require treatment, I can agree that he may not be the right fit for you. But do not be afraid nor think that he will be "abusive" as one commenter so flippantly stated. This is doctor who cares deeply about his patients; just consider if you mesh with a very upfront and direct and HONEST doctor.

Dr K is an extremely caring doctor who takes his time to speak with you. He really and truly wants to help and he will do everything he can in his role- including doing research afterwards to look into things further as needed. He is flexible and can change the plan as needed, working with you. He may come off as direct in his words but the content of his messages are encouraging, realistic and kind. He has a heart of gold.

Dr. K. is a truly amazing psychiatrist! Extremely kind, supportive, non judgmental and intuitive. He helped me immensely during a very difficult time. I feel so grateful to have been referred to him.

I have only been seeing Dr. sagi for a couple months now but I am so grateful for him. I'm very embarrassed about my diagnosis and he has been very understanding and respectful. Although I am not better yet, I have full faith that this will be the Doctor to help me overcome my present illness and better prepare me for the future. I was scared to even have been referred to a psychiatrist in the beginning, but he has made everything incredibly easy and comfortable for me. I am indescribably thankful that he is my doctor.

I have been with dr. sagi for 25 years his staff has always been excellent have had many visits withis man over the years he is kind as can be i will be sorryh to see him if and when he sets a retirment date Knowlegeble paint i cannot say more

This was my doctor for many years. Helped me out greatly. Have Nothing But Respect for this man. He explained my situation and helped me understand myself. Wish I still had him as my Doctor .. I moved and can't find another like him.
