Dr. Tietze is amazing. My experience with her was absolutely fantastic. The first ENT I was referred to was absolutely aweful. I then got frustrated because it was taking too log to get help for my daughter. I was going to have to wait another year before I could get her tubes in minimum. I then asked for a referral for Dr. Tietze because my cousin had a fantastic experience with her and shorter wait times. My customer also had a similar experience. The staff answers their phone first of all, and are pleasant to talk to. They had a last minute cancellation when I called and got my daughter in the next day to see Dr. Tietze. Dr. Tietze was kind and professional and got my daughter's appointment booked in a month to get her tubes in. That was the best experience ever and I wish I had been referred to her first hands down.

She is a kind and smart doctor. My rhinoplasty surgery was very good. I love my new look just like her new Office - Beautiful New office I went to it for my post op visit - what a change! to my nose and her new office. Once you see her website map it's easy to find. www.WindsorENT.com. So well respected at the hospital with the nurses.

I had my surgery with her and she is a very good doctor. I had my ear tube and tonsil surgery for my son with her. I would not trust anyone else. She was excellent. Her staff are very kind too.

I don’t care what people think or say, but my experience with Dr. Elbreki was one of the most professional encounters, very humble and helpful and through in his explanations, I had a thyroid cancer and he did surgery on me twice more than 6 months ago and I would recommend him to my parents.

My first impression upon Dr. Elbreki came to the door is that he's friendly, and his presence in the room is very accommodating. He's open ears to all my concern and very straight forward. I am surprise to see negative comment about him.

Dr. Elbreki is absolutely amazing, great bedside manner. My 6 year old was comfortable with him within 30 seconds. Amazing staff as well. I hate to see these bad reviews because this was not our experience at ALL.

Was outstanding with my son for tonsillectomy. Came to speak with me immediately following surgery to ease my mind. Staff was beyond courteous. They called me with numerous dates for surgery and worked with us to have this done prior to school. He was friendly but not coddling, kind and straight forward. We had both in person and phone appointments, both were good. Highly recommended.

My daughter struggled with hearing issues , Dr.hilal got us in so quickly when everyone else was a 6+ month wait he was friendly he explained everything, made us feel comfortable , got us in for surgery right away, started surgery right on time and it took no time at all he came out and spoke with us as soon as it was done. As a mom with severe anixety I appreciated him a lot.

Dr. Hilal did my Septoplasty which I have needed for years but avoided. I wish I had done it sooner as my breathing and sleeping is already so much better...this is 2 weeks post surgery. I can't thank him enough.
