I have been a patient of Dr. Saad Laba for seven years now and leave her office with a smile on my face every visit. Her staff is absolutely amazing at what they do; they let me know when I am due for an eye exam, diligently remind me of my appointments, and always make me feel welcomed and remembered. Nancy is always extremely patient with me when I take a ridiculously long time deciding what frames to get, and will always offer great advice on which frames best suit my face. The individuals that make up Dr. Saad Laba's team are truly genuine and kind. My eye exam always runs smoothly. Dr. Saad Laba always feeds my curiosity and explains every step in her process when testing my eyes, she goes above and beyond explaining the science behind what she is looking for and will even show me a side-by-side comparison from my previous visit, and encourages my questions. Truly the best optometry experience, with very little wait time.

We’ve been going here for a few years and when I say this place is amazing, I mean this place is AMAZING!! Right from the beginning when you walk in they treat you like family. Lashanna at the front desk is an absolute darling. So nice and welcoming. Nancy is a complete joy. I always look forward to the kids getting new glasses cause I know that she will help pick the best ones. I just sit back and let her do what she is best at. You can tell that she loves what she does. Dr Saad-Laba is one of the most soft spoken people I have ever met. I ABSOLUTLY love her and her whole team.

Plain and simply this office is the best. I'm 36. Been to many eye doctors, specialists and Dr. Alice is by far the best. If this is the only place you've been to you have no idea how lucky you are. WOW! is all I can say about my most recent visit at Vespa Vision Centre. It started with Dr. Vespa who is knowledgeable, friendly and cares about his patients. Then to his entire staff of ladies that are so wonderful and an expert in their own right. Your diligence in finding my perfect glasses, to the attention to detail when fitting them to my shape of face. Also, a special thank you to the optician who noticed the scratch on my sunglasses and ordered me a new pair, even when I didn’t notice it. My daughter and I recently visited Vespa Vision Centre to look for new sunglasses….. and had the best time imaginable! There are endless choices from top Designers to more practical work/daily wear glasses in a variety of price ranges. Our Consultant was the best! We were not rushed and very much appreciated her expert advice! I was able to find beautiful and comfortable sunglasses that would accommodate my prescription and my daughter was able to choose a ‘trendsetting’ and stylish pair to walk right out the door with! Selection and service can’t be beat! I look forward to going back to Vespa.

Very helpful and friendly staff! And Dr. Vespa is very knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. I didn't really need a new pair of glasses but the prescription had changed slightly. I found a frame that had both of my favourite colours in it and promptly ordered them on the spot! The variety of frames is quite extensive. Thanks so much for your help.
