Amazing fish & chips. Very good value for money. Had a single Halibut dish and was very impressed with the food taste. The serving portion is also sufficient. Fries were good too not oily at all. The dining area is very clean and spacious. I will keep coming back to this place.

I've driven by this place daily on my way to and from work for years. Finally decided to give it a try. Service was quick and friendly, ordered the one piece halibut and chips, really good fish and chips. I'll be back.

Small restaurant but great fish and chips. They have won awards for best fish and chips. Fresh cut fries and fresh battered fish make the difference. Not a lot of grease like some places. Will definitely be going back again.

HALIBUT HOUSE FISH & CHIPS WATERLOO REVIEWS

Great atmosphere, its a "seat yourself" and a server will be with you within minutes. By the time we sat down we had our drinks served within a couple of minutes. Our food portions were GREAT and they were ready within 10 minutes of placing the final order. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great fish and chip joint. They also have a few other options such as chicken fingers or burgers if say your kids arent into the fish and chips. Highly recommend.

The service was great, the server was very friendly. The food was delicious, hot well made. The fish might have had too much batter but not too bad. Overall nice place.

Great food and even better staff, the chef who explained us difference between fish was really friendly. We got a haddock family pack and the fish was perfectly cooked. Fries were ok. Coleslaw was really good and juicy.
