I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Orkin in Barrie, Ontario. Booking the appointment was relatively simple (text messaging), the technician arrived on time, the inspection work was done concisely and accurately, the information provided exactly met our needs, and there was no high pressure attempt to sell extra services. I could not be more satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend Orkin in Barrie.

Orkin responded quickly and when Brent was here he was friendly, professional, and helpful. He answered all our questions and got rid of our problem efficiently.

Amazing service. From calling and making an appointment to Brent coming to our house to check it in a timely manner, everything was so professionally done! I highly recommend!.

Derek has exceptional customer service skills and is a pleasure to work with. He is quick and efficient and so friendly during his visits. He often exhibits his kind heart and true patience when explaining and re-explaining procedures to elderly residents and staff on site. Derek is a true gem and Abell is lucky to have him on the team. Thank you Derek for always taking the time to make everyone feel heard and valued.

Our service lady does a fantastic job every year. Spiders are minimal and she has effectively dealt with our mouse issues. We continue to have Wasp challenges but she notices and implements solutions while teaching us how to minimize their threat. I can't recommend her services enough.

I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was top-notch, and the services exceeded my expectation. Derek is usually the guy that comes in and check our workplace is pests free environment. He is beyond amazing! I highly recommend them.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I came home and saw a mouse in my coat closet I immediately called pestx who went above and beyond and was able to come and help my family and I out within an hour of calling them! Upon arrival they went right to it and was able to get rid of the mice and do what was needed to make sure they don’t come back. They also inspected my home and showed us where the mice are getting in from the outside and advised us on what to do going forward. Worth every penny highly knowledgeable I couldn’t have asked for more. If you find yourself in a position like my family don’t hesitate to call them trust me you won’t regret it! Big up to Naseer and his team.

Had wasp issues at my house under the deck. Called them around 10am in the morning and by 6pm they have it taken care of on a weekend. Also they provide 2 month warranty on the service provider.Very prompt and exceptional service.I like the AI voice interaction when I called first, which I still think it was live human on the other side. Thanks.

Called them to have a large wasps nest removed that was high up in a tree. Other companies said they couldn't do it. Pest X came out same day and removed it. Great work and communication.
