Derek has exceptional customer service skills and is a pleasure to work with. He is quick and efficient and so friendly during his visits. He often exhibits his kind heart and true patience when explaining and re-explaining procedures to elderly residents and staff on site. Derek is a true gem and Abell is lucky to have him on the team. Thank you Derek for always taking the time to make everyone feel heard and valued!

Our service lady does a fantastic job every year. Spiders are minimal and she has effectively dealt with our mouse issues. We continue to have Wasp challenges but she notices and implements solutions while teaching us how to minimize their threat. I can't recommend her services enough!

I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was top-notch, and the services exceeded my expectation. Derek is usually the guy that comes in and check our workplace is pests free environment. He is beyond amazing! I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service and solved our field mice problem!! I have a huge fear of rodents and when i saw signs of mice in our furnace room and cold room I looked for pest control companies. I found Tremblett on google and the reviews were great so I called. Nicolas lived up to the reviews. His bait stations worked to solve the problem on the inside and he was able to control new ones from getting into our house with the outdoor stations. The areas he identified as the areas where they were coming on were correct and I finally feel reassured that the problem is under control. There were some scheduling issues which Nicholas went above and beyond to make up for. Nothing but praise for Nicholas and I plan to call him every year in the fall to check for new entry points and refill the bait stations. Five stars that are well deserved.

Nick is absolutely AMAZING!!!! We called him and he was here within 5 minutes and quickly let us know what was going on with in our bunk house. He is so friendly, nice, approachable and professional! We were calling everyone in barrie to find help and he is the only one that came over right away. If you need help Nick is the BEST and you should contact him ASAP. He saved our sanity and eased our minds. Nick, thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
