My whole experience with Don Butt was nothing but the epitome of professionalism and obvious expertise. Aimee at customer service was amazing to deal with informative and helpful. They arranged everything including the car. Their office is lovely and clean and does not feel like a regular mechanics office. I’ll definitely be back if I have any future issues.

Very trustworthy. Friendly service both on the phone and in person. Very helpful as far as helping to deal with the insurance company. Knowledgeable and helpful arranging rental. Adding to say, when I picked up my car it was fully detailed, inside and out! It looked brand new. Very impressed with their service and attention to detail.

I had a great experience. I have been going to Don Butts/CSN since 1989 and the work has always been excellent. Never have to return for flaws or imperfections, the work is done right the first time.

The front desk staff were courteous and helpful, and the gentleman who handled my case was especially kind and easy to deal with. Great experience overall—highly recommend!.

The folks at Car Star are friendly, professional, and helpful. The repair team completed such an excellent repair on our car doors so that they look new again! I commend Car Star Oshawa Drake Street for their service, professionalism, and excellent repair work.

High quality work indeed. Customer service was excellent. Work was completed on schedule, and with updates provided along the way. I'd absolutely recommend this Carstar location.

Had great service here! The staff was friendly and accommodating. They arranged for the Rental car company to pick me up at the shop and took me to my rental. When body work was complete and I picked up the car, the shop had cleaned the car inside and out! That is a great bonus! Thanks so much.
