My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Scott at the store this week. We went in with the intentions of just seeking some knowledge about a future bed purchase. Scott was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the different products and what our needs would be that we ended up making a purchase that evening. He spent over an hour with us, helping us decide with bed type would be best for us. If you are thinking about buying a bed, don’t hesitate to call the store and ask when Scott will be there. I don’t normally write reviews- good or bad, but Scott is an exceptional sales person and his knowledge and patience are something to be commended. Thanks Scott.

We bought our new king mattress from Valentina. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions extremely well. Would recommend working with Valentina for all your sleeping needs.

We received amazing support from Valentina while shopping at Sleep Country. Mattress shopping can be a bit daunting, but Valentina helped make the experience fun and informative.

Had a great experience at Surplus Furniture with my family on Monday December 18 2023 afternoon. Nasir and a new employee were helpful in answering all our questions about beds, frames and recliners they have available to meet our needs. It was nice to see products physically in person to visualize how the dimensions would fit in our home. We got a power recliner as part of a promotion. I would reccomend shopping at Surplus Furniture. Thanks from the Hossain Family and Sabbiha Hossain.

Great service, amazing prices and quality furniture. I purchased a sofa, a chester drawer and a rug. I am so happy with my purchases. There's also the perk of same day delivery. If you're looking for quality furniture at a great price, Surplus is worth checking out.

Great service at the Oshawa location. The staff greeted and helped us as soon as we walked in. Prior to this we had visited different furniture stores were we didn’t even get approched for help. Great customer service!.
