3 Meilleurs Carrosseries de automobiles à Richmond, BC

good service , i was rear ended and these guys made everything better , i had questions for front counter staff who were very helpfull . my car was ready when they said it would be, and even though repairs were no cost to me, I was impressed with the price, thinking it would be a lot more . id recommend openroad repair shop on 5 rd in richmond , i did read some neg reviews on here and was initially worried but dont be worried your car will be in good hands . also there is enterprise rental just around the corner which was handy thanks for taking care of my baby openroad.

I have had the best service here ! Tony showed me exceptional dedication each step of the way for my vehicles repair. My vehicle was repaired quickly and once we reviewed it to make sure everything was up to standard and noticed a few more accident occurances, they were also fixed without issue. The lifetime warranty is a nice touch too! ...oh...and the many options of coffee, lattes and mochas in their office while you wait.

Fantastic, special thanks to Stephy!！She is extremely professional and has a wonderful attitude, the best front desk staff I've ever encountered. Because of her, we trust this dealership even more. She's always positive and communicates clearly, awesome!.

Very friendly & great customer service! I've used their services twice now & both times they've given outstanding service. Having car issues can be stressful so it is really great that they make the process so easy. They have rental vehicle service or they will drive you to and from home to get your vehicle. Would 100% recommend this place to others.

Very impressed with the customer service here. Jackson Lee was very helpful. Everything was explained up front. Even got my car washed. Will be recommending to my family and friends. Thanks.

My windshield replacement was really good the service perfect and Hermaine is wonderful very helpful with her information and very friendly.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a Hit & Run incident, but I must commend Grandcity for their exceptional service. Despite their busy schedule, they managed to accommodate my car for repairs promptly. The team at Grandcity treated my vehicle with utmost respect and restored it to its former glory in no time. I was impressed with their dedication to quality, as they even sourced OEM parts for my 34-year-old car. Not only did they fix the damage flawlessly, but they also did an excellent job matching the paint on the front and rear bumpers. I am grateful for their professionalism and skillful work, and I highly recommend Grandcity for any automotive repairs you may need.

The manager was very courteous, friendly, and caring. The crew was efficient and meticulous in their performance. Overall, my visit was pleasant, hazel-free, and I was highly satisfied. I also found the price that they charged to be very reasonable.
