Great service, car unlocked within a minute and communication was exceeding expectations. Given it’s a 24/7 service you’d assume you would be paying a premium but in fact it’s the opposite, costed 99$ after tax to unlock my car, much cheaper than any other place I called.

Amazing service. Michael helped us open our lock because we forgot our keys. It was friendly fast service, and he noticed our locks were incorrectly installed so he fixed that as well. He arrived fast, gave us advice, and shared insightful stories of the industry.

Excellent service! Michael was incredibly kind and a pleasure to work with. He responds quickly and completed the job efficiently and professionally.

Our office door was sagging and creating resistance on its base. Mike was able to give a clear and itemized quote with competitive pricing. It is a large heavy door and the result turned out much better than expected. Professional and considerate.

Great service and really kind ppl! They were efficient and fast. We got our key made in less than 5 mins and the online communication was informative! Definitely would recommend to get service done form captainlock locksmith! .

Great experience! Excellent service, friendly staff, and smooth process overall. Highly recommend!.

Very Good, price, quality, and service - all done in a timely manner. Been there twice. Once for ignition rekeying, and today to have a locked gas cap removed from my LandRover. The young man had it done in five minutes today. Doesn't get any better than that.

They also have quite the selection of locks. I was able to find some locks I don't have yet! Their prices are fair and they are very friendly! I will definitely be returning to buy some more locks!.

The price was outstanding. I've recommended them to everyone I know who needs a locksmith. Great service (super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable) and great price.
