Wahid was an extremely courteous customer representative. Considering this was my first motor vehicle accident, he was very reassuring in explaining the timelines and details of the repair. He was also meticulous in providing prompt updates regarding the status of my vehicle. I would receive an email every week, clearly displaying his efforts to prioritize the customer. The repairs and attention to detail were exceptional, with my car looking as immaculate as the day I first bought it. When you're going through the stresses inherent with an accident, you need someone like Wahid to facilitate a very smooth and uncomplicated process from start to finish. I highly recommend Assured Auto for their outstanding service and expertise!.

Brought my car in with some minor damage, and Wahid and team were outstanding. This is my third time bringing one of my vehicles in and they deliver incredible results each time. Highly recommend Assured Auto for your body work, each time the vehicles were returned like new. The communication was also top notch keeping me in the loop during the entire process from insurance claims, rental, and finally the completion of the job!.

The services offered by Assured Automotive Richmond Hill were impressive. Wahid was a great help during the entire process from estimation to the repair of my vehicle. Was completed earlier than expected as well. As an added bonus they cleaned the interior of my car as well. Would recommend.

Been going to Car House Auto for all my car maintenance for the last few years. Always professional work and service from James and team. Just fitted my new minivan with a set of winter tires+rims. The new rims look better than my summers. Super quick turnaround at a great price! Thanks team!!!.

Thanks to Car House for taking great care of my car. The staff was knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to point out other important details about my car, while the service was getting done. Really great experience overall!.

Can always count on Car House to help! Brenda will probably be the first person you talk to. She takes care of the front of the house. Very helpful and knowledgeable. She will be the person you talk to regarding booking an appointment. James, the owner, patient and understanding. He will be the one to talk to if you have any concerns. Been bringing my car here for over 10 years. They are always willing to help. It’s the attitude that’s key!.

I have been using MacGyver for many years. Tony and Sandra are very experienced and always so easy and professional to work with. I had insurance work and they saved me some deductible which was really sweet. There are a few other body shops nearby so make sure to go to the back of the building to MacGyver and ask for Tony or Sandra. I almost got confused and went to the wrong shop. - Roxane. Répondre

From the time I visited to the time I picked up my car the entire process was seamless, quick, professional and stress free. I had to go through the insurance as my car was hit and Tony and Sandra were very helpful with walking me through the entire process. Tony did an amazing job and in 2 days!! Thank you Tony and Sandra for an amazing and stress free experience, I truly appreciate it.

I just took my 2018 GMC Acadia after having been rear-ended. They worked with my insurance company directly and took care of everything. The entire process was effortless on my part and the work done was spot less. The entire team was professional throughout the whole process and they delivered my car as promised. Great body shop. And I loved the professional feel of the entire process. Positive Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value.

I had an excellent experience with this body shop. The work was done with real care, attention to detail, and genuine pride. They delivered not only great quality, but also went above and beyond what I expected. Everything was finished perfectly, on time, and with a level of craftsmanship that’s hard to find these days. Highly recommended!.
