Sam was courteous, professional and knowledgeable from our first conversation. He came over and measured not only once, but twice as we discussed the project in detail. I received initial quotes for floors and stairs within 48 hrs after sending pictures of my ideas for product. With Sam's input I decided on materials. The crew was clean, friendly and respectful of my home and pets. Sam ensured my safety as well as my pets while work was being done. Everything was executed to a T, easing my OCD! Sam came by at least once a day to check on the progress. Attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Communication was great throughout. ZERO stress. When the project was complete, Sam came over and we did a walk through making sure all was perfect. It was an absolute pleasure working with Sam. I am Completely thrilled with the final results and would recommend Sam and Safeway Carpet and Flooring to everyone. Thank you Sam.

This was my third time contracting Sam / Safeway Flooring to install solid quality vinyl, laminate, or hardwood flooring. Sam is professional in every way. And his prices are fair when you consider the high quality of the flooring as well as his installation. He is also very considerate and responsible in the removal and disposal of old flooring. Sam will always be my first go-to for any project where I want quality, long-lasting flooring.

10/10! Sam is fast, trustworthy, great communication, has quality product and pricing is competitive - usually a combination that's too good to be true but not in this case. He was professional, flexible to work within our tight schedule and most importantly he delivered with fantastic results. I recommend him without hesitation and will definitely use again if I have the opportunity.

It's an enjoyable experience to work with the entire team of Expert Flooring for my condo renovation. Mike was very accommodating to come downtown for the quoting and measurement of my condo. Kathy was super responsive and provided everything that my condo's office required in time. Bob and his team, including the delivery person were all very friendly and professional in terms of performing the actual instalment as well. Already recommended them to my friends.

I wanted to replace my flooring in my condo as a DIY project and after shopping around between Home Depot, Lowes and several other smaller flooring stores I came across Expert Flooring... They also have installers if you're not a handyman/woman. The selection, prices, and service were all better than average. My engineered flooring looks amazing and I'm very happy about that!! Mike and the staff were all very helpful so I'll be going back as I now need ceramic tiles for my kitchen backsplash.

Mike is friendly & knowledgeable about anything flooring and always has his client's interests at heart. His product quality and selection are top notches for both contractors and guys like me - dies. He has supplied me with North American Oak hardwood for my main floor and Kronotex Mammut laminate for my basement.

We would like to thank the owner Johnny and his installation team for the professional and honest work done at a great price. My husband and myself are very happy with our new floor and stairs. I would highly recommend Floorsure to you if you want to replace your floor or stairs. Johnny is very easy to deal with, he is always patience and providing good advice. Thanks again for team to do a mini detailing service at no extra cost. We definitely will be return customers.

Johnny and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. Johnny was never pushy and did a great job offering options that fit within our budget. The work was completed much faster than we expected, and the results were absolutely worth it. We’re obsessed with our new floors and look forward to enjoying them for years to come! We would recommend Johnny to our friends and family FloorSure.

Excellent experience with Johnny and his team! They were incredibly professional and efficient, completing the carpet removal and floor installation in just one day. They even took care of the condo’s renovation application forms, which saved me so much time and hassle. Johnny is responsible, attentive, and truly looks out for his clients. Highly recommended.
