Pella replaced two sets of large bay windows in our home (9 panes of glass in total). Everything was completed to a high level of quality and the windows look terrific, inside and outside. The two installers, Yarema and Andrii, were a pleasure to work with. They did not cut corners, they asked me for my input when there were options for installing the trim, and they worked hard for all 3 days (often outside in the heat and humidity). We would highly recommend Pella, especially for larger, more complex windows.

Although our windows took a long time for installation, I would highly recommend Pella Windows and Doors! The response we received was exceptional and the service was stellar. Derek and John are extremely professional and certainly went above and beyond to complete the installation to our specifications. We are delighted with the windows and would highly recommend Pella! Margaret & Gary.

Pella produced an excellent window and I would like particularly to mention Peter, who installed the window. He was thorough and did a careful job of installation paying close attention to all details and doing the work as if it was for his own home. He was careful also to clean up the work area. I can't endorse his work highly enough. It could not have been any better.

Ban & his team were in today to change all the windows/doors in the house and wow, in just one day they had the entire house done perfectly. Every window, every door, everything was installed so well. They are perfectionists and would recommend them to anyone who needs their windows/doors installed. The best part is they clean up, nothing is left untidy. You're left with fresh new windows and a clean house, as if they were never here.

Very professional workers. They completed the work as advised on stated day and time. We got our basement windows changed and it was done very nicely . Last week we also got our patio door done through this company and again the workers did great job. They came and did work very neatly and professionally. The owner Chris answers all questions and provides advice and pricing very well. I would recommend this company for all windows and doors needs.

We had our new windows installed by Optima Windows and Doors and had a great experience. From dealing with the owner Chris and the professional crew that did the installation and clean up after, it was a 5 star service. The windows are very high quality and look great. We have recommended them neighbors and our son who have also used them.

Fantastic experience with our window panel replacement! The team was quick, professional, and very knowledgeable. They assessed the issue honestly, provided a clear quote, and had everything fixed in no time. The new panel looks perfect—crystal clear and fits seamlessly with the rest of the window. You’d never even know it was replaced! They also made sure everything was clean before leaving, which we really appreciated. Great service, fair pricing, and excellent results. Highly recommend for anyone needing window repairs or panel replacement!.

We had two French patio doors replaced and were really impressed by the installers (both Aleks). They were on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up really well after each step. Appreciate the help from Roman and the Vinyl Light team throughout the process. The team was knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and prompt to answer questions. The pricing was also very competitive to other companies we had reached out to.

I highly recommend Vinyl Light, we had a great experience working with Roman, Alek, and their team. The doors and windows installed are high quality and so is their workmanship—all at a fair price. Temperature regulation in our home is much better now! The whole process was smooth as they were responsive to all questions and worked efficiently and professionally.
