PELLA WINDOWS & DOORS REVIEWS

Pella replaced two sets of large bay windows in our home (9 panes of glass in total). Everything was completed to a high level of quality and the windows look terrific, inside and outside. The two installers, Yarema and Andrii, were a pleasure to work with. They did not cut corners, they asked me for my input when there were options for installing the trim, and they worked hard for all 3 days (often outside in the heat and humidity). We would highly recommend Pella, especially for larger, more complex windows.

Although our windows took a long time for installation, I would highly recommend Pella Windows and Doors! The response we received was exceptional and the service was stellar. Derek and John are extremely professional and certainly went above and beyond to complete the installation to our specifications. We are delighted with the windows and would highly recommend Pella! Margaret & Gary.

Pella produced an excellent window and I would like particularly to mention Peter, who installed the window. He was thorough and did a careful job of installation paying close attention to all details and doing the work as if it was for his own home. He was careful also to clean up the work area. I can't endorse his work highly enough. It could not have been any better.

I recently purchased an older house and was looking to get new windows installed. I came across the GTA Direct and had a pleasure of connecting with Alex and his crew. I ll be honest when I was looking at the online reviews at first I was a bit skeptical because of how high the ratings were and was wondering how could any business have so many high reviews. Well I just got my windows installed 2 days ago and I could not be any happier with my decision to choose GTA Direct. Alex is an absolute best in communication and service. From his first visit all the way to the installation date he was always available to answer any of my questions. Andre and the installation crew were also very experienced, fast and did a great job.

My experience with GTA Direct was terrific. They answered all of my questions and finished the job on time . The communication skills were on point and Alex was available at any time I had any questions. Will be doing more work with him in the near future. Thanks GTA direct Thanks Alex.

OPTIMA WINDOWS AND DOORS REVIEWS

Ban & his team were in today to change all the windows/doors in the house and wow, in just one day they had the entire house done perfectly. Every window, every door, everything was installed so well. They are perfectionists and would recommend them to anyone who needs their windows/doors installed. The best part is they clean up, nothing is left untidy. You're left with fresh new windows and a clean house, as if they were never here.

Very professional workers. They completed the work as advised on stated day and time. We got our basement windows changed and it was done very nicely . Last week we also got our patio door done through this company and again the workers did great job. They came and did work very neatly and professionally. The owner Chris answers all questions and provides advice and pricing very well. I would recommend this company for all windows and doors needs.

We had our new windows installed by Optima Windows and Doors and had a great experience. From dealing with the owner Chris and the professional crew that did the installation and clean up after, it was a 5 star service. The windows are very high quality and look great. We have recommended them neighbors and our son who have also used them.
