My front entry doors were just installed today and I am quite impressed by the quality and workmanship of the doors. Chris the installer was punctual and answered all my questions succinctly and professionally. He made sure to not rush the job and was meticulous to detail . Thank you Chris for a job well done! The salesperson that sold us on Brookstone (also named Chris) was professional and very well prepared. This company delivers what they promise. This is a company I recommend. You pay more, but you get more - a lifetime warranty with no exclusions!.

We had a wonderful experience with Brookstone. From sales to purchasing, financing, installation and follow up, all went very smoothly. Their communication during the process was excellent. Installers were very friendly and clean. Absolutely no issues at all. I would definitely recommend this company to do your windows. Worth every penny.

I'll be honest, I was initially apprehensive. I was concerned that they might be careless and not show regard for the house or the installation process of the windows doors. However, I was proven wrong. Overall, the service received was exceptional, from the project manager to the installers. The team was friendly, respectful, and skillful, impressing with their attention to detail and professionalism. The quality of the windows and doors obtained was top-notch. I highly recommends this team for their outstanding service.

We decided to replace our vintage glass slider windows with beautiful Vinyl Windows from DuraVu, we are absolutely ecstatic with the results. From the sales representative Chad, to their receptionist Holly and installers Scott and Mike the professionalism and expertise was exceptional. Scott especially takes an enormous amount of pride in his work, on time, worked quickly and left our house as he found it ... maybe even a little cleaner. We could not be more pleased and would highly recommend them to others. I should mention their quote was substantially lower than the next of 3 quotes.

Just wanted to say thank you for doing such a good job on installing our new front windows. The windows have been in for a month and wow do they make a diffence. Better light, airflow and noise reduction compared to out old ones. Also from the quote to installation and follow up inspection we encountered professionals who where genuinely good at their jobs. I will definitely use your service again when we are ready to upgrade the rest of our windows. Thanks again!.

My 600 lb bay window installed with precision for a perfect fit thanks to the expert installation by Issac and Nick. Their work ethics were exemplary with great personalities to match. Very efficient and did a great job with all the windows and they cleaned the work site with attention to detail. They were very professional and considerate. A big shout out to them for a job well done and also to Chad for his patience and expertise in helping me decide on my windows. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with him.

We had a crew from Meloche come to install 2 exterior doors for us yesterday. Not only were the doors exactly what we ordered and look amazing inside and out, but their crew were friendly, professional, and capable of dealing with some unexpected and unorthodox issues that were uncovered when the old doors were removed. Dean, the salesman, spent a lot of time with us customizing the exact design of doors we wanted. We’d highly recommend Meloche, especially if you want something unique - they were the only local company I found that would manufacture our door with a customized paint colour.

Meloche was fantastic to deal with right from the start. Their sales rep showed up within days and had a price the following day. Once a deal was made the process was simple. Installers were very clean and professional. Every day they were done the job site was spotless. The installs were done when they promised. The quality of the doors were way past my expectations. We are very pleased with their price, service and quality. Job well done!.

I’m extremely happy with Meloche Windows and Doors. They were very helpful in my decisions of what I wanted. Terry and the installers were wonderful. They did high quality work with high quality products.
