I reached out to Shannon at Flowers by Design in Windsor to create a flower arrangement for our neighbor's brother's funeral, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Even though I didn't work with Shannon directly, her expertise in floral arrangements was evident. I sent a photo of what I wanted, and Flowers by Design delivered beyond my expectations. The arrangement was not only beautiful but also a perfect tribute to our neighbor's brother. All the neighbors pitched in, and it was very important that the flowers reflected a male. Shannon's choice of blue and white flowers was spot on based on what I had sent her as an idea. Her attention to detail is always spot on. I highly recommend Flowers by Design for their excellent service and stunning floral designs. Thank you Shannon and your team at Flowers by Design-Windsor for your exceptional work.

Great flower shop! I ordered an arrangement online for my mom's birthday, and Flowers By Design ensured she received a beautiful, fresh and vibrant bouquet. Ordering online was quick and easy - they have a large variety to choose from that suits any budget. They also care about their service - my mom wasn't home at the time of delivery, and instead of leaving the flowers outside (in winter) - they came back later in the day to deliver to ensure they were delivered to her in person. Excellent service, kind staff, and superb communication. Highly recommend!.

I needed something beautiful for my Grandmother's funeral and Flowers by Design delivered. They made a gorgeous basket that everyone commented on and Shannon personally delivered them to the home to ensure they arrived on time, I would def use this business again when need be!.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day here. The service was great. Makayla was super helpful in giving me some different ideas and ensuring the arrangement was pet-friendly. The bouquet was beautiful and I'm glad I came here to get something special. Would definitely come again.

Took my son there to get a corsage and boutonniere for prom and they were amazing! They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service was great and it wasn’t overpriced! My son was very happy with the way they turned out. They looked incredible!.

Beautiful arrangements! I ordered the Elegant Dozen roses with baby’s breath, and they were delivered within two to three hours. Communication was prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

The most helpful and kind people. I needed some specific flowers that had significant meaning behind them in a very short amount of time. I didn't make it easy, but they pulled through for me. Constant communication, and felt very personal. When I would call, they knew exactly who I was. Would recommend this business 100% to everyone!.
