I wish I could give 10 stars! What exceptional service from this team. Manny helped us choose our flooring and navigate the insurance process with so much care and consideration. The installers did incredible work, paying such great attention to detail! It feels like a brand new home! The flooring we choose is high end porcelain. I was nervous about it since we previously had natural stone but we wanted more durable flooring that was easier to maintain. Manny helped us choose the right flooring and once installed all my worries dissolved into complete and utter gratitude! They are always responsive and came immediately to address any of our concerns, for which there were very few. They even finished so quickly, we were able to move back into our home a week ahead of schedule. I am so happy with our floors. Thank you Manny and team for your exceptional work! Looking forward to the next job we do together.

Thank you Alex MacDougall for your expertise (and patience) helping me select tiles and carpet. So many decisions that you professionally supported me through.. we are thrilled with how it all came together- Thank you! And to the I incredibly skilled tiling team- your attention to detail left our spaces perfect.

We just want to say a huge thank you to Alex Johnston and the staff at Sarmazian flooring. Alex was wonderful and extremely helpful and knowledgeable in selecting our tile for our kitchen project. We would definitely use them again.

I wanted to share that I had a wonderful experience with Zubair he is very knowledgeable and professional a great man to deal with. From the moment we stepped into the store his advice on the floor style, and helping us choose the right luxury vinyl was perfect We are extremely happy with the end results. It was just finished yesterday and the installer was professional, courteous, and did an amazing job. Well done I would highly recommend using the store for all your flooring needs in Cambridge. Five star service.

Zubair and the team who installed were really great. Their customer dealing is exceptional and the price is reasonable in my view. I got a carpet installed by them last week and will definitely recommend them to anyone. They were on time as well. Thanks End of the roll.

Excellent selection of products at great prices. Zubair was a very friendly and courteous salesman. A man of his word. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back for stair runner in the near future.

Sammy installed new flooring and did a wonderful job in our century home. Our flooring advisor, Zubair was very professional and knowledgeable. We were impressed with the company from the day we chose our flooring product to the speedy and competent installation day. We are considering other projects and will deal with them again when 'buying time' comes. - Craig Al. Répondre

We needed to get carpet done immediately since we were looking to relist our home within days. They squeezed us in with 2 days notice! Our sales associate called after hours to ensure the install team had arrived AND hours after to see how it was progressing! The install team was also fantastic!! Will refer them to everyone I know.

The team at CityCarpet & Flooring are always professional and the service provided is top notch. Timelines are quick, and prices are fair. Would highly recommend reaching out to Rabee or Al for any of your flooring needs.

Rabee was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. The team that installed the carpet on our stairs were very lovely and professional. Overall, it was a great experience.
