3 Meilleurs Inspecteurs En Bâtiment à Belleville, ON

Mike and Cathy did an excellent job inspecting and communicating on the property we are looking to purchase. It's a distressed house, and they were thorough in their inspections, and clear about the weaknesses and strengths of the property. The resulting report was concise and helpful. We would highly recommend their services, and will certainly use them again for future real estate purchases.

The inspection was very thorough and they covered everything during the visit. Pointed out the age of the HVAC, what we may have to replace in the future, and any little issues that were found. Excellent job and I highly recommend them!.

Mike & Cathy are simply the best! They are beyond knowledgeable, professional and even take extra care and time ensuring their clients are fully informed. Couldn't recommend a better team!.

Amazing service from Shawn. I made the appointment pretty last minute but he confirmed right away. He showed up at the right address earlier, and didn't waste any time. He was incredibly detailed. I received the report that night, with everything highlighted and any notes he had, with suggestions for what really needed to be repaired. It was also very easy to pay: ie any methods: cash, card, EFT. The entire transaction from start to finish was seamless. 15/10, would recommend.

Shawn was amazing! It made it even better that he inspected that property before so he gave me his comparisons based on what he last recommended. We could have seen what was and wasn't done since then. He's a straight talker and answered all my questions. I would have missed a lot of small but major details if not for him. Happy to have had him on my team.

Shawn was very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He made recommendations on which products to use to repair deficiencies. Greatly appreciate the service provided.

Cofield Home Inspection was referred and recommended to us by a neighbour. We want to thank Karen for her expert and professional inspection of our new fireplace. She was thorough and knowledgeable. She provided a detailed summary of our fireplace’s appropriateness and safety and then sent an electronic report which we shared with our insurance company. Karen made everything simple and easy for us. Thank you from Carrying Place.
