Zeinab was amazing!!! She was super patient with me as I asked many questions about their products. I was looking to buy a cabinet bed, and was unsure between that and a normal bed for small space. She was very knowledgeable and even gave suggestions on better alternatives that I could be interested in, which ended up benefiting me in the end. She made the experience in buying bed even more better! It clearly shows how much she values customer's well being based on her services. If looking for a bed, highly recommend to go here. You feel they really care about customers.

I had a wonderful experience with sleep shop! First time shopping for a new mattress for myself and went to a few places but Sleep Shop was easy to work with, reasonable with pricing and super friendly non-pressure sales situation. They also helped with delivery. Thank you! I love my new mattress and it feels great shopping and supporting a local business. Clearly they’re doing something right because they’ve been in business for decades! Thanks again.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Salima for the purchase of my new mattress and pillows and went very well! Great selection, prompt delivery times and competitive prices, not to mention they price match of the need arises. Ps. The price she offered me was already better than anywhere else for the mattress I chose! Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at the Sleep Country store and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Rosanna, in particular, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mattress. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, and she patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I made an informed decision. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The product itself is fantastic—high quality and incredibly comfortable. I’ve been sleeping better than ever since my purchase. The overall experience at Sleep Country was outstanding, and I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of a new mattress. Thank you, Rosanna, for your exceptional service.

Our experience was nice. Rosana was busy, I mean super busy that Sunday, but her customer service with us was great. The delivery got a few days delayed, not a big deal. Also we had a problem with one of the pillows, took back there and she changed in the same minute for me. Overall very nice store to do business with.

Amazing experience from shopping to delivery. Jay helped us get set up with a super comfy mattress. He was professional and down to earth and bent over backwards to get us into a mattress at great price. I highly recommend this location! Ask for Jay.

Absolutely exceptional service. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without putting any pressure on the customer. Farida and her team really went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed at a fair price. My project was a bit unusual as I needed several odd sized cushions for a camper conversion. Farida made it happen and everything fits perfect and looks great. Even if you have no clue what you need, head on in and they can definitely help you find something that fits your needs and budget. Can’t recommend this shop enough! 5+ stars.

The service from Farida at the North Van 'The Foam Shop' was exceptional. I had custom bed cushions made for my RV and Farida helped me all along the way making sure that everything would fit and be perfect for my use. Adhering to the philosophy of Measure twice - cut once. I'm a very satisfied customer. The whole process happened faster than I'd believed possible, despite some IT technical problems outside of the control of The Foam Shop. Thank you Farida.

I continue to have great customer service there and always leave with exactly what I want. My projects are usually small and specific. Most places couldn't be bothered. Not here...they are real pro's. A big shout out to Divya who helped me out a few weeks back. Fast and perfectly executed! Farida takes care of me the most...she is amazing! Thanks so much.
