Our experience was nice. Rosana was busy, I mean super busy that Sunday, but her customer service with us was great. The delivery got a few days delayed, not a big deal. Also we had a problem with one of the pillows, took back there and she changed in the same minute for me. Overall very nice store to do business with.

Amazing experience from shopping to delivery. Jay helped us get set up with a super comfy mattress. He was professional and down to earth and bent over backwards to get us into a mattress at great price. I highly recommend this location! Ask for Jay.

Absolutely exceptional service. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without putting any pressure on the customer. Farida and her team really went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed at a fair price. My project was a bit unusual as I needed several odd sized cushions for a camper conversion. Farida made it happen and everything fits perfect and looks great. Even if you have no clue what you need, head on in and they can definitely help you find something that fits your needs and budget. Can’t recommend this shop enough! 5+ stars.

The service from Farida at the North Van 'The Foam Shop' was exceptional. I had custom bed cushions made for my RV and Farida helped me all along the way making sure that everything would fit and be perfect for my use. Adhering to the philosophy of Measure twice - cut once. I'm a very satisfied customer.
