We had an excellent experience at this store recently. Amy took very good care of us and help to make this purchase a great experience. Then when it was time for delivery, the delivery guys communicated with us as to time. When they, Colin, Kyle and Thomas arrived, they were very polite and respectful. They placed the chair where we wanted it and removed all packaging. Thank you Amy, Colin, Kyle and Thomas for such a pleasant, positive experience.

We had a great experience shopping for our new sofa. Tanvi met us outside in the tent and when there was nothing there that struck our fancy, she took us inside and asked what we had in mind. She showed us the high end stuff first of course, but when that was too much she didn't blink and showed us ones that were in the flyer on a really great price. My husband said he was sold on one before we even sat on it lol. I even like the colour.

This is my second purchase from The Brick. Great experience from start to finish especially with delivery. I love their tracking system - you always know where you are in the que. You do not have to wait around the whole day. The delivery staff are efficient and professional.

Thanks to the sales and service team for all their hard work. They quickly made things right as I had to swap out my couch and chair as they were defectively put together by the manufacturer. No fighting with them, they quickly made things right and swapped it out as I only had it for 5 months. The delivery guys Adam and Wilson were amazing....organized, professional, polite and very friendly. They were in and out less than 20 minutes. Tested everything thoroughly. I have huge respect for these guys as I recognize this is not easy work...its backbreaking work....thanks guys for the excellent service!.

Our saleslady Nikita was awesome. We knew what we wanted and she spoke to us right away. She explained the warranty to us and everything we had to know about our Loveseat. She told us that we would receive it the next day and we did . We love it!!.

Absolutely flawless delivery of my new chair, which I love so much. The two men who were here were both friendly and very efficient. I enjoyed this experience very much.

Kvardo Furniture (Joe and Ayana) were awesome to deal with and took the time to explain all the options and colors. This wooden furniture is so solid and the craftmanship is outstanding, quality you wont find in most furniture stores .Their staff delivered right to our home on PEI and set it up quickly and efficiently as well.

Our experience with Kvadro Furniture was absolutely fantastic. Joe and Ayana were very helpful when it came to our decisions on style, fabric and stain choices. Even our delivery was great. Kvadro is a terrific place to find your new furniture.

Great experience at Kvadro furniture! From the first time we went into the store until the careful delivery of my new desk and chair, everything was perfect. The furniture has to be the best I've ever owned, love it.
