LEON'S FURNITURE DARTMOUTH REVIEWS

Thanks to the sales and service team for all their hard work. They quickly made things right as I had to swap out my couch and chair as they were defectively put together by the manufacturer. No fighting with them, they quickly made things right and swapped it out as I only had it for 5 months. The delivery guys Adam and Wilson were amazing....organized, professional, polite and very friendly. They were in and out less than 20 minutes. Tested everything thoroughly. I have huge respect for these guys as I recognize this is not easy work...its backbreaking work....thanks guys for the excellent service!

Our saleslady Nikita was awesome. We knew what we wanted and she spoke to us right away. She explained the warranty to us and everything we had to know about our Loveseat. She told us that we would receive it the next day and we did . We love it!!

Absolutely flawless delivery of my new chair, which I love so much. The two men who were here were both friendly and very efficient. I enjoyed this experience very much.

We had an excellent experience at this store recently. Amy took very good care of us and help to make this purchase a great experience. Then when it was time for delivery, the delivery guys communicated with us as to time. When they, Colin, Kyle and Thomas arrived, they were very polite and respectful. They placed the chair where we wanted it and removed all packaging. Thank you Amy, Colin, Kyle and Thomas for such a pleasant, positive experience.

We had a great experience shopping for our new sofa. Tanvi met us outside in the tent and when there was nothing there that struck our fancy, she took us inside and asked what we had in mind. She showed us the high end stuff first of course, but when that was too much she didn't blink and showed us ones that were in the flyer on a really great price. My husband said he was sold on one before we even sat on it lol. I even like the colour.

This is my second purchase from The Brick. Great experience from start to finish especially with delivery. I love their tracking system - you always know where you are in the que. You do not have to wait around the whole day. The delivery staff are efficient and professional.

My experience here was awesome right from the time I walked in the door. The sales associate Carolyn made direct eye contact with me and smiled letting me know she sees me. Then she came directly over asking if she can help me find anything and I advised what I was looking for and she took me over directly to the merchandise. Her customer service skills were amazing and I was so grateful that I got to interact with such a great human. Also the associate at the payment desk who took my payment she was wonderful too. I thanked them both for their amazing service and shared how important great customer service is to me. So thank you Worldwide furniture for having such great staff as Carolyn because she will make a person want to buy something simply because she is awesome.

The customer service was excellent Carolyn from the Atrium branch help us to select the perfect sectional. The men who came to deliver was so polite and helpful. Worldwide Furniture is the best.

Joel was great! We were looking for a sofa bed and he showed us the sleeper chest which will work perfectly in our space!
