DUFRESNE FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES AVIS
I was blown away by their customer service. Rocksane helped me find the perfect sofa while being a genuine, kind, and respectful soul. There was no pressure to buy, and truly wanted to help. It is rare to find such wholesome staff. I would 100% shop here again.
It was a great experience, the delivery people were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The only problem is the chairs need to be adjusted and two need to be replaced because of flaws. We will definitely deal with Dufresne in the near future.
The deliver was exceptional. Easy to keep tracking the driver to our home. The washer dryer was very well cared taken down to the basement. The installation was Perfect. Thank you Dufresne and Grayson team!
