Extremely helpful and happy staff. Intuitive as to your needs. Will give lots of time and attention to things that may enhance your buying experience. If they are unsure about a detail for example is the cupboard available four inches narrower, they will search efficiently for the information. There were plenty staff available and visible on the floor. Managers were polite and courteous. They also have designers who are exceedingly talented and turn small spaces into heaven.
The customer service, product knowledge, and selection far exceeded any service we received at the top furniture stores in the city - and I’ve been to them all! For anchor pieces, I will never go anywhere else. A huge thank you to their amazing in-house designer, Patty Racine, who drew out our space, showed us a thousand options, had great taste and knowledge, and stayed 1.5 hours after closing to make sure we got what we needed and loved. You’d be remiss if you didn’t put aside a few hours to spend at Upper Room on your home furnishing journey. You won’t regret it.

She was able to take us to each one and go over all the features, pros and cons. Anything she didn't know she was able quickly find out. The customer service was excellent!
