Sales associate Abdul provided 5 star service. Respectful, friendly, honest and professional service all-around. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase your items to go see Abdul. The one thing that stood out was other associates had the chance to welcome us when we walked in, but they didn’t. Whereas, he did and took the time to show us all items we were interested in without any pressure. Thanks Abdul, we will be using you again.

Nick was my salesman and he was phenomenal. Communication was fantastic. Ashley furniture delivery team was exceptional. They were professional and personable. They did whatever it took to get my furniture into my place. They were very pleasant throughout the entire delivery process! 10/10 will recommend this team!.

Had a great e experience at Ashley HomeStore in Sadkatoon! Jay was so friendly and very helpful. Abby was a great help too. Made me feel like family. Couch wouldn't fit into my new place but worked with me to find a solution. Will come back and update once all my furniture has been delivered.

Mattresses were delivered on scheduled day as promised. Staff carried mattresses up to our 2nd floor bedrooms with ease. Service was professional and efficient. I only have one suggestion for improvement and that would be to give more notice before arrival. I received a text saying they were on their way and they arrived to my door about 3 minutes later. Really great experience overall!.

Our experience with the delivery men was very pleasant. They were very friendly and respectful. We were sent a text, an email and a phone call to make sure we were ready for delivery. I also loved the tracking app we were sent. Awesome! Thankyou. We were missing the feet to the love seat and it was dealt with promptly and professionally.

Such great service, so helpful and very professional. This was my first big purchase and I am trying to build credit so the team helped me out and made me feel comfortable and confident about my purchase. Thanks to the salesman for helping my new family out and the movers for being very helpful and professional. 10/10.

I would highly recommend IFW and will be returning to them for future furnishing needs. I had a big project at work that required two housing units to be fully furnished. Thank you to Mitch, Chet and the rest of the crew at International Furniture Wholesalers for guiding and supporting me through the whole process. Their expertise and onsite assembly were invaluable. Competitive pricing was also amazing. Fantastic service! Much appreciated!.

Ordered a recliner for my mom. Was impressed by the variety of options as well as the prices for the quality of furniture. Customer service was amazing - Jesse was incredibly patient and gave us lots of time to make up our minds about what we wanted. Can't comment yet on the delivery as it hasn't happened, but initial customer service was excellent!.

We have dealt with the IFW for years. They are a very professional, personable crew to deal with. They sell quality products at a very reasonable price. Their knowledge and service is impeccable. I highly suggest giving them a visit prior to making any furniture purchases.
