Excellent and very responsive customer service. The guys at the Bike Doctor went above and beyond to ensure that the bib shorts I ordered online were shipped the same day. At my request, they thoroughly inspected the product beforehand to ensure that it was free of defects because it was a final sale and was being shipped out of province. The bib shorts arrived quickly and the fit and quality is great.

I am so happy that I went to the Bike Doctor! I was treated like the only customer in the shop (even though the store was full of customers. Buying the right bike was a big decision, but both Sarah and Greg were incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating and helped me make an educated decision. I am very happy with my choice and excited to hit the trails!!! Would highly recommend.

Great Bike Shop! Service is amazing and selection never disappoints. Staff are always wanting and willing to help. I am all for buying local but this shop certainly makes its worth it! Huge thanks for Reid, Mark and Alex for their knowledge and help with the purchase of a couple bikes! Not no mention the extra stuff this store does for the local bike community.

Amazing place - my wife and I went in to buy a bike for her to train on, David met us at the door, was super nice very professional and knew his stuff. He stayed well within our budget and requirements, wasn’t pushy at all, and explained the warranty very clearly - we got a great deal on a nice bike and were very happy with the experience including the complimentary tune up before we left the store. Highly recommend this place.

Took my son’s specialized bike in for a tube replacement, and they noticed there was an issue with the breaks. The tech told me they would look at it and send me a quote to fix it. The next text I got was the bike was finished, and when I picked it up they had fixed the tube as requested, but also fixed his brakes free of charge. Thanks guys.

I went there to tune up my cycle. The staff was very friendly and polite. They accessed my cycle and told me the estimated cost for tuning up. It was a great experience.

Outstanding service! Our non-profit organization was needing help with a small tune-up job with a bike that was to be given away at a charity event and the team at Spoke 'N Sport kindly volunteered their time and fixed the bike free of charge! We appreciate you giving back to the community! They gave exceptional service-- very quickly without an appointment! I will be recommending Spoke 'N Sport to our clients for all of their bike needs! Thank you.

Jay and his crew at Spoke 'N Sport have been my go to shop for almost 30 years. They are very friendly, giving as much information as you want/need and have never pressured any purchase. I finally took the plunge this year and purchased a Rocky Mountain eBike from them. Rode a bit in December and can't wait to hit the streets in the spring.

Friendly, knowledgeable and fun, these dudes have it all! They'll take good care of you and your rig, new or old. Very active and supportive of the cycling community through events, and advocacy.
