The McInnis & Holloway team looked after us from our first meeting and guided us through every step in the process of putting together a wonderful service. There was no pre-planning by my loved one, so I don’t know what I would have done without this wonderful group of people. A difficult time was made so much easier and I can’t thank them enough.

Thank you to all the staff at McInnis and Holloway Airdrie. With my mother passing planning a funeral was my sisters and my first time. They treated us with respect and compassion. The memorial for my mom was flawless. I would also like to thanks the staff that work in the service office for their great service. A extra shoutout to Danielle, she showed so much compassion and respect at such a difficult time for us.

We were very pleased with our experience for my mothers service. They went with our wishes with no pushy upselling and everything went smoothly for the day. Everything was fully taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Highly recommended.

When my husband passed unexpectedly we were faced with many difficult decisions. After talking with a large funeral home with high costs, we called Prairie Rose and knew immediately that we would be in good hands. Elizabeth came to our home and made everything easy. She was kind, helpful, patient. There was no pressure, only gentle understanding and the way forward was made smooth. Our whole family was extremely thankful for the care we received during this most difficult time, and all at 1/10th the cost of the first funeral home.

We tragically lost our son at the end of March. Crissindra was amazingly supportive to our family during this very difficult time. Her warmth and kindness when offering suggestions as she guided us through our Son's memorial planning will not be forgotten. Her explaining the government forms was very helpful and eased the stress of the enormity of our loss. We as a family highly recommend Prairie Rose when you lose a loved one they will take care of you.

I didn’t have to go to the Airdrie location, Amy came to me. She was most helpful, supportive, took time to explain everything clearly and quietly. She had details all laid out for me to follow. I really appreciate her efforts. Very professional.
