3 Meilleurs Service De Piscine à Airdrie, AB

Bought a new hot tub from them and I have to say that the entire experience was awesome! From the sale to delivery and install we were very impressed with the customer service and care. When we walked in we were greeted by Phil (the salesman) we had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all of them. Throughout the process we didn’t feel like we were being sold or any pressure to buy. He simply educated us on all our options. Once it came time to purchase, he went over the contract thoroughly to make sure we understood everything. When it came time to pay for the tub we dealt with Sarah & Alison who offered great customer service. Payment & scheduling a delivery date was super easy. On delivery day, Adam and his team showed up on time and had the tub set up in a timely manner. I had many questions for him and they took the time to explain everything including function and maintenance. I can’t thank this team enough for helping us find the best tub that suited our needs and making the whole process a great experience. If you’re looking for a new hot tub I highly recommend this business.

We had our Coast Spa delivered a week ago and from start to finish the whole experience has been a joy. From talking to Philip the sales representative on our first visit to the showroom to the delivery of the Spa to our backyard it all went as smooth as silk. And it didn’t stop there Phil contacted us by phone the very next day to make sure everything was working and that we were enjoying the Spa. Again like clockwork after the first week today Phil reached out to make sure everything is going well. And in fact they are. I recommend Hot Water LeisureScapes to anyone looking for a Spa weather it’s a first time purchase or an upgrade these people know their stuff.

Very professional and outstanding customer service. Worked through all the plans we had and gave us a fabulous deal on the spa. We have been a customer there for over a year getting parts to try and repair our old spa but when we decided it was just time to replace they took excellent care of us. Their service techs are top notch and wait times are minimal. Very impressed with everything to do with this company and will be a continuing customer for anything we need related to our spa.

I've been a Trevi Pools Calgary customer for over 20 years, and I can say without hesitation that they've earned every bit of my loyalty. What started as an underground pool purchase turned into a relationship with a company that genuinely stands behind its products and more importantly its people. Jesse has been a huge part of that experience. Over the years he's gone from being a knowledgeable, trustworthy manager to now the owner and someone I'm proud to call a friend. That's not something that happens by accident, it happens when a person consistently shows up, follows through, and actually cares about his team and clients. Jesse exemplifies everything you'd want in a business owner. My Trevi Pool has held up beautifully for over 2 decades, and whenever I've had questions or needed support, the service has always been responsive and timely. They treat me like family, and in a world where that kind of service is rare, it means a lot. If you are on the fence about investing in a pool, don't overthink it. Go see the Team at Trevi Calgary, ask for Jesse or anyone on his team, and you won't be disappointed.

Been dealing with Trevi Pools for about 20 years. They have installed two in-ground pools for us and always an excellent job. very pleased with their customer service and installation and maintenance professionals (Jesse, Todd and Bren to name a few) I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to install a pool or hot tub. They are the best.

We’ve been with Trevi since 2014 when our pool was first built. This year we relined our pool, replaced the cover, installed a new operating system and heater. Jessie and the team were excellent and addressed any issues right away. Only company I would recommend for a new pool or spa in Calgary.

Called Al to check out our pool pump- came promptly the next day, diagnosed the issue and resolved it for us. Very happy with his service and highly recommend this company.

The service is always incredible and on time. I greatly appreciate the pool services given by Alladein, he is very professional in his job. I highly recommend him to everyone who needs any kind of pool services in the area.

Mosaic Pool and Spa has has serviced and repaired my pool foe several seasons now. The service is exceptional and reliable. I have no concerns with how my pool is maintained and was very happy with the renovations we needed to complete on the pool. I have no hesitation recommending Mosiac for your pool needs.
