3 Meilleures Salons de funeraire à Dollard-Des-Ormeaux, QC

I had lost my father about 3 months ago (Feb 12 2024) and the staff put my mind, heart and soul at ease. The staff from the first person spoken to to the very least, were so respectful, efficient, caring, kind to me and my family in this time of loss. The staff went above and beyond to alleviate stress during a difficult time, providing excellent service and support. They answered all my questions and even some that I did not think to ask. I found that Serge particularly, went above and beyond in making sure all that was needed or wanted was taken care of. I also would like to give a big thank you to Gabrielle and Genevieve for the work they did to make my father look a million times better than when he passed away. He was always conscious of the way he looked and I believe he would been proud of the work they did. Thank you Bruno, Serge, Gabrielle, Genevieve, Melanie, Robert, Wendy and everyone else.

Thoughtful & caring... all of our needs and expectations were met or exceeded. There was nothing that I can think of that could have, or should have, been done any differently or better. A funeral/memorial service isn't something that I ever imagined could have so many 'moving parts', and Rideau Funeral Home made sure that all the 'gears' turned smoothly, effectively, and with care and dignity. Special mention of the on-hand staff and reception personnel that made us feel like this event was the most important thing happening on the planet at the that time. THANK YOU.

Jardins Commémoratifs et Salon Funéraire Rideau (Rideau Funeral Home & Cemetery) provided a respectful and empathetic service throughout the day and events. The premises were impeccably clean. The staff were professional, competent and attentive while providing safety during these COVID times. The dining reception area staff were equally professional, courteous and constantly helpful to the family and guests. It all helped for a day of being kind, dignified, and efficient service throughout the day.

My father died unexpectedly and I contacted Voluntas because I had been to a service there before. My choice could not have been better. From the first phone call onwards, I was guided through all the steps at the perfect pace, never feeling rushed or too overwhelmed with the decision making process, even though the service was going to be held within the week. I had difficulty deciding between various viewing and cremation options, but it was not a problem to have several quotes to fully understand the costs involved. Stephanie and her team made everything possible and the room was perfectly set up for the event. They were very flexible and understanding, really taking the time to make sure that we were satisfied with even the smallest details. The service went smoothly, the staff was very attentive to the guests needs and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. By the end, we left feeling like we were part of the Voluntas family, rather than customers. The staff was particularly lovely with my 7-year-old daughter (and all the other children who came to the event) and made her happy. She asked to go back to play with Pierre. Thank you again for such a lovely experience, as lovely as it could be under the circumstances. I highly recommend Voluntas.

I cannot stress enough how amazing Voluntas is. When my father passed away, they were so accommodating. They made us feel so comfortable and really stayed by our side during the whole process. Losing a family member can be very debilitating and having to organize funeral arrangements can feel overwhelming. Voluntas took care of everything, their attention to detail is impeccable. I also might add that the space reserved for services is very beautiful, full of gorgeous light. Thank you so much Stephanie and Julie, I will always remember you as you helped my family through such difficult times. I strongly recommend.

The service we got from Voluntas was excellent from beginning to end. They dealt with us with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and compassion. They did not push us into making quick decisions, tried to accommodate every request we made, and never made us feel like we were unreasonable. Thank you so much Stephanie and Dennis and the rest of your staff-- in our most difficult and vulnerable time, you made the process smoother and easier for us.

Julie est une personne exceptionnel, elle as été très patiente avec mon père.
