An overall positive experience at LensCrafters. Great customer service can make a big difference when choosing eyeglasses. Connie’s assistance and follow-up indicate a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. Their explanations of new options and pricing were helpful, and they were effective in guiding me through my choices. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful, honest and beyond friendly staff! It was my first time there and Jessica made my experience so effortless and stress free even with my toddler with me. She helped me find what I was looking for and made sure I knew all my pricing options. I will definitely be going back! Plus their protection plan is AMAZING.

I've had a great experience every time i've visited this store. The customer service is top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They offer great prices and a wide variety of quality frames and well-known brands. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and would return in the future.

Beth and Amanda are fabulous, exceptional customer service! They know what frames work best with face shapes and prescription strengths and offer a unique selection of quality frames. Thanks so much for the best frame selection experience ever.

This is my first experience with wearing glasses. I couldn't express enough how great these gals are! They went over and beyond with customer service. And the best part I think, that makes it even more exceptional, is the feel of being a person not just a customer or number. Thats a rare attribute to come across nowadays. It's truly nice and super refreshing to see and experience. Thanks so very much ladies. I will indeed be back.

Excellent service. A rarity in todays business world. I have had zero difficulty in telling people about this small business. Definitely going to be repeat customers.

I walked into Specsavers for the first time and was greeted right away by a friendly staff who gave me all the info I needed as a first time customer. I was so impressed that I decided to come back and purchase from them. I found the perfect frames for my needs and met with another staff who took all of my information and measurements. The optician was very helpful at explaining my new prescription and what kind of lenses I should get. The purchase was very smooth as they direct-billed my insurance company. Very happy with my experience and would recommend Specsavers Lambton Mall to anyone.

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses online a while back. When I got them they were loose and fell off my face. I stopped in at Specsavers at Lambton Mall in Sarnia. They adjusted my glasses for me and checked all the screws and cleaned my glasses. Now they fit perfectly. All this at no charge. Great service and very professional. I will be going there next time for all of the services including eye exam. Thank you so much I am very impressed.

On Tuesday I had the best experience buying glasses. Sara a representative was very helpful, kind, funny and very attentive. I will definately suggest to everyone that will listen to go there and purchase glasses. I wish that all customer service was this good. Love it. Thanks again.

After coming here, I'll never go anywhere else for my eyecare. Not only are they giving great service, but better pricing than anywhere, hands down. Their entire staff is so knowledgeable and friendly and down to earth. They genuinely care for their patients and you can tell it's a great place to work too, because they all seem to love their jobs and have so much fun working together. Their Dr. Is phenomenal and very thorough and experienced. No pressure to buy but I still couldn't help but get 6 pairs (yes six) because the prices were SO GOOD. They have a great selection and no compromise on the quality unlike other optical up tHe street. The best part is that they're locally owned and operated so your money is going right back into our own community and not supporting big corporate. - GT Répondre

Followed my Dr. Here and I'm glad I did. Store is clean and bright, great selection and fun staff who know what customer service is supposed to be. I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses and contacts all within my benefits and they billed them direct so I don't have to submit. Everything was here under 2 weeks in time for my vacation. My son had a great experience too. I'm never going anywhere else, and we've been telling everyone we know! - RH Répondre
