I walked into Specsavers for the first time and was greeted right away by a friendly staff who gave me all the info I needed as a first time customer. I was so impressed that I decided to come back and purchase from them. I found the perfect frames for my needs and met with another staff who took all of my information and measurements. The optician was very helpful at explaining my new prescription and what kind of lenses I should get. The purchase was very smooth as they direct-billed my insurance company. Very happy with my experience and would recommend Specsavers Lambton Mall to anyone.

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses online a while back. When I got them they were loose and fell off my face. I stopped in at Specsavers at Lambton Mall in Sarnia. They adjusted my glasses for me and checked all the screws and cleaned my glasses. Now they fit perfectly. All this at no charge. Great service and very professional. I will be going there next time for all of the services including eye exam. Thank you so much I am very impressed.

After coming here, I'll never go anywhere else for my eyecare. Not only are they giving great service, but better pricing than anywhere, hands down. Their entire staff is so knowledgeable and friendly and down to earth. They genuinely care for their patients and you can tell it's a great place to work too, because they all seem to love their jobs and have so much fun working together. Their Dr. Is phenomenal and very thorough and experienced. No pressure to buy but I still couldn't help but get 6 pairs (yes six) because the prices were SO GOOD. They have a great selection and no compromise on the quality unlike other optical up tHe street. Followed my Dr. Here and I'm glad I did. Store is clean and bright, great selection and fun staff who know what customer service is supposed to be. I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses and contacts all within my benefits and they billed them direct so I don't have to submit. Everything was here under 2 weeks in time for my vacation.
