There was alot of rain in the GTA today. My tenant called me and told me of water backing up. She sent me pictures and it was concerning. I called around a few places got unprofessional questionable fees and answers. After my calls opted to go with a better known brand a larger. I called got same say service and John came to my home. He was professional and thorough with explaining what was the scenario. I was really happy with the exceptional service and detailed service! The issue was quickly resolved. He set up the cameras to also reinspect that the blockage was properly cleaned out. Service from him was 10/10. Highly recommend asking for him if you need drain work done. Thank you.

David was very professional and friendly. He identified himself before entering our home, took the time to explain the repair, and completed the repair in about 1 hour. The work area was left clean, and he took all garbage when he left. He also made some suggestions on things to change out on our own to make things run better and reduce the risk of future issues.

I had a great experience with Mr. Rooter when they sent a technician to fix my faucet. Technician David G. was skilled, professional and arrived right on time. Mr. Rooter was able to provide us with next day service after we called. Thank you! Great customer service.

Professional plumber who knows to get the job done right. Quickly diagnosed my toilet leak and fixed the issue promptly. Plumber Ali also provided me with an invoice to submit to the city. Last time they were successful in tracing and detecting the route source of water leak in my basement pipe. Five years back I had hired them to make a water line for my fridge. I have been using their service from the last several years and extremely satisfied with the professional service received on every visit and will continue to use their service in the future too. I would highly recommend them to anyone. - Jennifer. Répondre
