We have been to pioneer brampton location every summer season for our pool needs. Every person who works there has been excellent with their customer service. Very knowledgeable and professional. They have been patient and they have taught us so much about how our pool works. 100% recommend this store.

Solda did a beautiful job with my new pool and landscape design. Not only are the results and quality superior, but dealing with their team was a pleasure and made the experience seamless. They were professional , on time, clean, organized and responsive with amazing customer service. The owners were directly involved in the project. I highly recommend Solda.

The Solda team has far exceeded my expectations! They are professional, courteous and very detail oriented. Probably the best trades I have ever dealt with. They take such pride in their work and their expertise is unparalleled. Saying we are happy with our new backyard would be an understatement.

Had a great experience with Solda. They did a fantastic job. They show up with a proper crew of knowledgeable people and work together like a finely tuned machine. Service department is also amazing, timely and very helpful when needed.

Right now Chris is my favourite person!! I had a pool leak which I had been told by the pool service company was most likely the liner needing replacement. That would have been a $10,000.00 job. I called Chris on a Saturday and he told me how to perform a simple 24 hour test to determine the amount of water being lost over that 24 hour period. He called me 24 hours later, determined that we did definitely had a leak, but not necessarily a really bad one. He was here Monday morning and spent the better part of two hours pressure testing all the lines, as well as checking the liner for leaks, frustratingly none were found. At this point Chris was like a dog on a bone, he wasn't going anywhere until he figured out what on earth was going on with this pool. The culprit ended up being a malfunctioning sand filter head mode selection valve (it's probably got a much simpler name but I have no idea what it might be) which was causing water to unnoticeably discharge, and by-passing the discharge site glass, and was only detectable by crawling through the bush at the back of the pool shed to look at the actual discharge line. The fix was simple, no new liner, no tearing up concrete, just a simple $35.00 auxiliary shut off valve to help out the 38 year old (not repairable, and expensive to replace) main filter control valve. Chris is definitely now my pool guy!!!! Thanks Chris!! PW.

Chris and his crew went over and above to help us with our pool. They were determined to find the source of the problem and didn’t give up until they figured it out. They were always prompt and showed up when they said they would, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and Chris made sure to follow up afterward as well. It’s hard to find this level of service these days. We would highly recommend Chris and his crew to anyone needing pool service or repairs.

Soooo happy with Chris and his team’s services. Have tried many pool companies and his communication, expertise and follow through is exceptional. He’s also a great person so very happy to have found Divine pools.
