Wow! Both times I’ve been here, I’ve faced impeccable service but this one tops the cake. The service is fast, extremely attentive, and puts the customer needs first. They go above and beyond accommodating for you and are able to answer any questions honestly, and with strong technical knowledge! My sales representative Bill was amazing and really helped with my experience from my defected laptop to helping me buy a new one. I truly appreciate that the experience was not just someone trying to sell me something, but actually wanting to help the customer with their problem - a lost art in customer service. Thank you Bill, and thank you Canada Computers - will be coming again.

Incredibly helpful service from Anton. I spent some big money here on a new kit, and being the foolish person that I am, I didn't buy the extended warranty for ANY of it, AND I lost the receipt. Luckily, the manufacturer's warranty was 1 year long, and thanks to Anton, I was able to get a replacement copy of the receipt and handle this problem without much work at all. Top notch service, and without it, I'd have been out some serious money. THANK YOU ANTON. Give that man a raise.

Recently did a decent hardware upgrade on my PC recently and had the pleasure of being helped by Robinson - he made it a seamless great experience, helping me make sure I had everything in order along with proving some helpful tips/instructions. Thanks Robinson.

Great experience in the store!! My MacBook has overheat issues for days that are suspicious of dusts around the fans, Apple Store doesn't serve cleaning service on site or you have to leave the machine to them for the day. Future Tech saved my day, and the technician helped removing the back panel and carefully cleaned up all dusts accumulated. And, they didn't charge me at all!! Thanks so much, really appreciated! Very nice and friendly staff, highly recommend it if you have laptop or mobile phones to repair.

Unable to login into my laptop PC Lock Screen. The service by the technician was spectular. He explained step by step what was wrong. All in all a great 15 minute experience. No charge.Thankyou.

I just took my laptop for repair, and they were able to identify the issue and fix it within minutes. Super kind and helpful.

I was quite impressed with both Peter and Tony's work ethic and that they called me back to ensure that my laptop and printer was working properly. Thanks!.

Amelia and Steve at Hello Nerds, Inc. are simply fantastic! They diagnosed my issues, and was able to get me up and running within a few hours. Many thanks!.

Very polite and helpful with answering questions and giving details regarding technical support and diagnosis.
