The staff was kind enough to walk me through my options and make sure I knew why I was getting into. I also felt very listen to, and that my needs were important. They interacted very well with my cat and my cat can sometimes be a bit of a problem so I was very, very happy about that. And they seem comfortable working with Home and Good because not everybody can. it’s nice to have the 1975 questionable decisions, being erased and everything being updated to a more modern standard.

Bravo to the Degree Residential team! Marty give us an estimate in record time and the office scheduled the installation in very timely fashion. The installation was done smoothly, neatly and most effectively! Pat asked our input throughout the process where appropriate; answered all our questions with obvious knowledge of the installed equipment. The electrician and his staff came in timely fashion and did their work seamlessly. Thank you for a job well done.

The technician was on site early. He quickly defined the problem and then validated his assessment of the problem. Methodical and efficient.

Excellent, on-time service. Fast repairs, clean spaces, punctual arrival, and helpful maintenance advice. The team will perform regular maintenance every year. A positive experience from start to finish.

The tech was fantastic and very polite. Your office staff are the very best!!! Genuinely nice people that care about people, and very helpful and knowledgeable. I have dealt with this company for the past 13 years, and would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you for everything!.

Jeremy, Reid, Michael and Brandon were all great (hopefully I got everyones names right). They got everything done in a single day. They cleaned up any messes after themselves, gave me the rundown of how everything works and everything looks to be working without issues so far. Great experience.
