3 Meilleurs Services de ménage à Fredericton, NB

Flow is a great place to work; the management and staff are very respectful and kind-hearted. I enjoy the physical aspect of the job, the appreciative clients, and the flexibility of the job which allows for great work-life balance. We have an awesome team here, who cares about the work we do and about each other; that's gold nowadays.

Contacted Flow Cleaning to clean my aprtment for move out and from the very first call I knew I had the right people. Monica emailed me right away with details on how to book and place a deposit. The cleaners did an amazing job on everything, picky landlord couldn't find a single thing wrong! Would absolutely reccomend them.

We just had the Flow cleaning services come in to do a deep cleaning of our apartment ahead of us getting ready to move, and the outcome was amazing. I don't think our apartment has been this clean since we moved in, and they made the appointment work while I was out of town! Very highly recommend, and I'm looking forward to having them come again.

Wow!! This was my first time hiring Molly Maid services and I am so happy with the results. Since it was a first one-time cleaning, I knew it would be a big job therefore, I provided a “To Do” list of the important areas in the house. Amanda and Melanie did amazing for the time they had from getting all the cat/dog hair to cleaning the stove AND they even stayed late to ensure the big areas on my list were completed. Thank you so much ladies.

At first I was let down by my one time molly maid service. I was unaware that Molly maid guarantees their services within 24 hours. But after seeing my review and that I was upset with the service, they amended the situation by refunding half the service. They were delightful to talk to on the phone. Appreciated, thanks Molly Maid.

We are very happy with Jessica and Amanda, they are very professional and the house looks great after they leave. I would recommend these young ladies to anyone . They have been so helpful since we both are unable to do some of our household chores, Molly Maid is fortunate to have such great workers, we look forward to seeing them, not only for cleaning but as they bring joy to our day.

My new friend just left my house! I had a lot of left over clutter from my son going to university. Not only did IClean declutter, but cleaned everything from top to bottom! It was a great gift to myself as an empty nester, that's for sure. I signed up for their bi-weekly services in the Fredericton, NB area.

Iclean has me hooked! They worked great for us from the very first time I reached out to inquire about cleaning services. To the end of our very first clean. We definitely have committed to regular service with them! Couldn’t ask for a better more professional team of people. Would recommend to anyone needing. 5 stars and more for Iclean.

Very happy with the service - an absolute life saver for a busy working parent. Staff communicates with you and the cleaners are friendly.

I contacted them for a cleaning in Oromocto. They mentioned how they couldn't fit a regular cleaning in but a one time clean should not be a problem. They went through the entire walkthrough process, which I had to take time away from work for. They got me to review the agreement, to which I accepted. Only to find out the next day that their cleaners refused to go to Oromocto. This is a result of poor management. I should have been told Oromocto was not possible before a walkthrough even happened. Management tried to backtrack on what they said about a one time clean not being a problem and tried to phrase it as if they said it was ify if they could fit it in at all. Very unprofessional. - John.

John called and spoke with myself on March 17th for around 12 minutes. As soon as he contacted me, I stated that we were very full on schedules (as I mainly operate scheduling) but if he was looking for a one time cleaning, and I quote, "I could likely fit 3 hours here or there into things". He seemed to understand but spoke over me a couple of times. His wife was in the background as well speaking on a few environmental things and date the house was built. Nothing major; I was grateful for her input. He explained how he received my contact information and explained that his wife had been ill. Due to her illness, they both had not been able to clean in quite sometime but were thinking that the cleaning would be beneficial for her illness. New build home that needed HVAC cleaning to start. So, I tried to troubleshoot what would be the cause and I was left empty handed for them. I fully believe that good customer service is giving answers to clients, even if that answer results in a "no". Because I am in head office; and my lead in fredericton area does walk throughs, I suggested that she perform a walk through to get a good visual. Educate where things might be needed and see what could be done on the cleaning side after HVAC was in. I suggested a time that the lead gave me and John began asking how long the walk through would take. I educated that they take 15-20 minutes and he asked for a later time as he was in meetings at the original time. I received the estimate from the lead over that weekend and I asked client care to inform John. The estimate came in at around 18 hours to be successful at a clean. John began nitpicking time and stating he had a budget of around 9 hours. Questioning why floors would take a certain amount of time,Why one bathroom would need more than another, Standard questions but reducing hours on a suggested clean for an illness that is suspected to be airborne or environmental is very conducive to the entire clean. Regardless of both time frames given (18 hours or 8), I was stressed that we were not able to fit John in at all on this larger than expected clean. I the.
