Thanks to electrician Nick from Kraun Electric my concerns with an electrical issue was resolved promptly. Being a business owner myself I have dealt with a number of electricial companies in the past but none have provided outstanding service like Kraun Electric. In less than 2.5 hours from the time I placed a call for service to having Nick arrive at my door the problem was resolved. Love too that the company provides text messages and tracking when to expect their technician's arrival. Great job Nick. Hands down Kraun is the best in the region!.

Firstly right on time, had all his equipment ready, and did a really good job. Explained to me and showed me how the circuit breaker box worked!! Very courteous and respectful. Highly recommended company to deal with! Thank you for a great job.

Jamie had a cancelation so called and came early. Located the problem right away and showed me how to fix it the next time. Kraun sent me many reminders.....very professional.

These guys were great, Rick himself came out to do the initial inspection and quote. He was completely transparent in what and when everything was happening. The guys that came out I met in the morning to complete my panel replacement were pleasant, professional, clean everything you would hope to expect plus more. I would recommend them to anyone anytime. Thank you Rick, and please thank your guys too. You have some great employees.

These guys are amazing. They work super fast, the work is excellent, they went the extra mile to keep rooms clean and they were really great about asking us thoughtful questions along the way. We have definitely found our new electrician for all work going forward. Thank you!!!.

Professional, efficient and friendly management. Rick was super knowledgeable and gave my father and I the best options for what we needed and made sure that previous work done by prior technicians was fixed as well.

Oh my goodness this man is a saint! His company didn’t even attend my home but he helped me on the phone to figure it out for myself (I should have been able to figure it out but messing with electricity alarms me lol) Thank you so much Juno (I was given his name by a different company so hopefully this is correct) for your kindness and guidance, I greatly appreciate it and would 100% recommend his company.

I highly recommend Niagara Electrical. Do not hesitate to work with this company. Juno is a true professional. His work is exceptional and he always takes the time to answer questions. An overall excellent experience in all our interactions!.

Juno and Colin provided us with a timely, professional service installing a new electrical panel. I appreciate that they cared about the urgency of our repair needs and they ensured work was done to our satisfaction.
