We are grateful for the truly inclusive 5 star service provided to us by McKinlay Funeral Home in Chatham. The loss of a loved one is challenging both emotionally & mentally. The professional, knowledgeable & seamless service that Nathan & his team offered, significantly simplified our process at the difficult time. We have much gratitude for the heart felt words spoken by Daniel at the service of our loved one. Thank you to Barbara for simplifying the paperwork requirements. Thank you to the entire team at McKinlay from our family ! We highly recommend!

I heard a lot of horror stories from friends and family when I was asking around for advice in helping my dad plan his funeral. I was told to expect aggressive up-selling and guilt-selling. My experience with McKinlay was the total opposite. The planning experience was easy, transparent, and pressure free. Nathan and his team helped me deliver the funeral my dad wanted. Thank you.

Both of our parents passed within a year of one another, and we used McKinlay for both. They are extremely professional, take all the worry away from the process and did an amazing job with recommending solutions that worked best for our family. This included recommending an amazing person to do the service. He visited with us ahead of time a d spoke wonderfully about our parents. We'll be forever grateful.

Absolutely amazing services from this business. They can adjust anything to your needs, wishes, and wants. James and his staff are super nice. Super, super nice. I can't say that enough of how nice the folks are. Very clean rooms; If you consider having a open gathering at this spot, you will witness: an amazing service, with super nice staff, and a very clean venue. My family and I had a recent death in the family, and Life Transitions helped bridge that gap to a beautiful closure. Also to mention - the stress off your mind when it comes to paperwork. James & his staff are so knowledgeable when it comes to that. If you're in the need for some services, please give a call to Life Transitions.

Daniel and the team you were so amazing. We appreciate the kind, caring and compassion you showed to us when we were feeling devastated about our loss. You spoke about our dad like you knew him. I truly couldn't imagine having anyone else guide us through each step of the way. Anne and Dan were like family. I am so glad my husband and I chose their funeral home as our last resting place. My husband, David Green, said goodbye to us on September 21 in the CK Hospice. Dan was very respectful and sensitive to our needs from the time he picked him up at the hospice until even after his funeral. Anne and Dan made all our friends and relatives feel at ease through out the whole experience. They are there still, even after to help me with any questions. This funeral home is truly a "home". Highly recommended and have already heard people at the service praising the entire day. Anne and Dan you are the best!!!! Donna

My wife Rebecca and I have had Anne and Dan look after our needs on more than one occasion. We are very impressed with them. As well, other members of our family and friends have needed their services and were also impressed. They are the best, like family, extremely professional. They make a time in your life that can be so stressful and difficult go much smoother and less hectic. They strive to meet any and all of your needs like it's no problem at all, they just do it. You will not find a better funeral home.

The Houle’s and staff are understanding, and the most compassionate people you would ever want in your time of need. They treat you personally and fulfill every request you can think of. They were like family to us over the past two years. Thank you for being there when we needed you the most.
