Both my springs broke on my garage door, the service guys came and opened up door to get my vehicles out before continuing onto their first appointments. Adam was super friendly, I ended up having them replace my opener along with the broken springs and they were able to do same day! I will recommend to friends and family! My father has had work done by Anchor and was impressed which is why they were my first call! 5 star review from me!

Awesome service, fast reply for estimates, great costumer relations. Highly recommend them to everyone I talk to. Had a broken garage spring and emailed them for a free quote and the same day they had a spring assembly ready for me! Thanks Guys!

No complaints. Called in the morning for a broken spring and wire, was scheduled for the afternoon the next day but a technician was in the area that afternoon and stopped by to see if I wanted it fixed that day. I was home, so naturally said yes. So far, no issues. Will update if anything changes.

Amazing Service, called in right as they opened, within a hour Larry arrived and started immediately to fix the issue and within a hour everything was done. Would definitely recommend.

Generous straight shooting guys, went in for some door hardware the gentleman there immediately filled up a couple bags of miscellaneous bolts and sent me on my way at no cost!

I watched this small team of 2 men work together and put, not 1 or 2 but 3 doors installed with precision on a large garage and make it look like poetry. Not much talking between them the absolute focus and concertation was intense and I was completely floored to witness this level of excellence.

Definitely the only place to go in the London and Chatham area if you're looking for a garage door. Their proceed are great and the product is top shelf. Staff is helpful and service is fast
