It has been a long time since I received such excellent customer service, complete with smiles and joking around. Crista explained everything in detail, and Trisha’s tour of our locker was fun. I love that they do not mind my continual questions and answered all of them without making me feel like I was being annoying. If you have storage needs and want that hometown feel when you walk in, Access Storage Chatham is the place. You will feel right at home, safe and secure with your precious belongings.

Access storage girls April and Colleen were amazing. They were so helpful and so compassionate towards me. They went so far out of their way to be of help to me. There are still good people in this world. I can't thank you both enough.

We had a great experience renting a storage space for our group. Christa and Trisha were very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend.

These units are perfect! Kept everything dry over the winter , very roomy , very safe and very affordable! Their staff was always pleasant to speak with and they offered prompt and courtesy business! 5 stars! And to show how much they appreciated the business sent me a thank you with a Timmie’s card ! Who does that? Portable Storage does! Totally recommend!.

Our experience with portable storage was very positive. The request for delivery and pickup were both scheduled very quickly. The storage bins are very clean. Staff were knowledgeable about the storage units and pleasant to work with. Portable storage will adjust the monthly charge based as needed. Highly recommend.

We used portable storage for 3 months while we renovated our home. They were competitive in pricing, and excellent units. We especially liked how accommodating the delivery person was to maximize our driveway spaces. Highly recommend!.

I have been a customer of Maple City Mini-Storage for well over 10 years and I would highly recommend this business. They have a good selection of sizes for their storage units which are accessible 24/7, they have U-Haul rentals, and they are a FedEx depot. They also provide paper shredding services. The staff are professional, friendly and very accommodating.

I’ve had my storage unit for several years now to deal with household storage overflow. The prices are reasonable and 24 hour access is appreciated. The staff is fantastic. I’ve had to bug them several times about losing my key to my locker but they’ve always been ready to help. I’ve never had a safety concern while storing my items there either.

Excellent customer service. Maple City Mini-Storage saved me from a disaster when another option was no longer available. The units are spacious, in good condition, and clean. I recommend this business.
