HIGHLY recommend Rentokil in Chatham. Their office staff is awesome, friendly, efficient and kind. Our Service Specialist *NICK WALKER* was top tier for sure!! Super friendly, flexible, patient and understanding. Did a great job at calming our nerves and making suggestions on how to make it easier for both us and himself as well. Took his time letting us know exactly what he was going to do and why, acknowledged any and all concerns we have. Can definitely tell he knows his job and is extremely good at it. Anyone thinking of booking an appointment with this company, I would go for it and request Nick because you will not be disappointed.

We had Nick Walker in our office yesterday filling in for another colleague. Not only did he come in and speak with us to find out what has been going on around the property but to see if there was anything more we may be needing. His customer service skills were outstanding, he was kind, explained exactly what he would be completing today, and he said that he would reach out to a higher up about something we spoke about, and he followed through with it when he said he would. Thanks Nick for your service.

Josh came this morning to start the process of removing some carpenter ants. He was polite, professional, prompt, and extremely courteous. If he’s any indication of how the company is run, I’d have no problem recommending them.

My husband and I bought our first home and we quickly realized we have an ant problem. I called multiple pest companies and wasn't sure, until I called Canadian Pest Solutions. The person I spoke to on the phone (I wish I knew her name) was so friendly and explained the process to me in details and she was honest as she told me one spray may not be enough. She was able to send someone to our propery the next day. They were on time and sprayed the interior and exterior. The next day, I saw so many dead ants, and I keep seeing so many outside. They truly put our minds at east and made our everyday life stress-free. I'd recommend getting the summer package as they will spray in May, July, and October. Their price is decent. This definitely won't be my last time with them. I can't recommend them enough.

I have been using Canadian Pest Solutions for a few years now. They are friendly, curtious and professional! The product they use has made a huge difference in the control of spiders. I would highly recommend this Company. Thanks Shayne for being so professional and caring!

Bob was very knowledgeable in helping us find the problem and treated our shed for carpenter bees. We also had him spray for spiders while he was here. He took the time to explain the service and was here the next day. Great service! Would highly recommend!

Bob responded quickly to our bee problem. Two outdoor locations were treated, and bees were gone in 2-3 days. To our suprise, about 100 bees were later found near an indoor basement window - all were killed by the external treatment.
