We have the funeral service for my mom in Mount Pleasant Universal Funeral Home and is very satisfied with their great service. Gillian is very experienced and helped us to choose a right package. During the consultation we don’t feel any pressure and she is very helpful and flexible to answer our request and changes afterwards. Mark who is in charge of the whole service followed up closely with us so it is easy for us to know everything is being taken care of. He is compassionate, meticulous and efficient. He provided a run down including the map for parking in Mount Pleasant and Forest Lawn cemetery so we could let our family members from overseas, relatives and friends know in advance. We especially thank his patient with us for taking extra time to consolidate the photos and video clips to be shown during the service. Mark took extra step to make sure the contract for entombment service done by other party Forest Lawn Memorial Park was done on time. My mom’s service was carried out smoothly and is beautiful. I wanted to personally thank Tony and his team for everything they did for me, and my mom's caregiver, during the very sad time of my mom's passing. From initial meeting through to the end at the cemetery, everything was handled professionally and with great compassion. It was a sad time but Tony's presence throughout was exceptionally comforting.
